Craig Stepp
Pastor of Preaching and Teaching
Pastor Craig Stepp came on staff in December 2008 as the Associate Pastor. On February 19, 2017 he was installed as the Senior Pastor of Fruitland Baptist Church. Upon the transition of our pastors to a pastoral team in 2021, Pastor Craig assumed the role of Pastor of Preaching and Teaching.
Pastor Craig is a native of Henderson County. He graduated from West Henderson High School, Mars Hill College, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Ranee have three children - Brock, Tatum, and Clayton.

Chris Pace
Pastor of Care and Discipleship
Pastor Chris Pace joined our pastoral team as the Pastor of Care and Discipleship on November 21, 2021 after the church voted to transition to a pastoral team.
Pastor Chris is a life long native of Henderson County and a graduate of East Henderson High School. Pastor Chris has led and served numerous churches in his 20+ years of ministry and discipled countless individuals.
He and his wife Kim have been married for 36 years and have two children, Darin and Danielle, and four grandchildren.

William Hardin
Pastor of Ministries & Students
Pastor Willian Hardin became our Associate Pastor in June 2017. After our pastoral transition Pastor William now serves as our Pastor of Ministries and Students.
Pastor William is a native of Henderson County and is a graduate of North Henderson High School. He graduated from Liberty University and is currently working on his Doctorate at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Candi Mains was hired as our Children's Director in August 2018.
Candi graduated from North Henderson High School and Mars Hill College. She teaches second grade at Hendersonville Elementary School.
